My friend wanted to auction his Michael Jordan's 25,000 Career Points Stand-Up Display. The stand-up display is a limited edition released by Upper Deck. I think they released only three of this and my friend got one.

So if you're a Jordan fanatic how much will you bid just to have this as part of your collections?

Comments and suggestion are welcome. Hope to hear from you (readers).

"dNeero : SpitzTunes -- SpeakEasy!"

Here's another convo from Time to earn a little bit of cents.

ESWL..... What's that?

For ordinary people ESWL is just nothing, it is just some sort of acronym for a certain company or group but for medical experts and people with problems urinating this means a lot.

Me.... yeah. I do have a problem with this and I just ignore it before. I don't usually pee on public toilets. Comfort rooms are supposed to give you comfort when you need to pee or do some other things but if you don't get it don't call it comfort room.

Call it a disorder but that's me and because of that I got this crystal stones. Yes. Last Thursday I went to the doctor because I was experiencing back and side pains. When he heard my complaints and aches he gave me a referral for laboratory test (serum creatinine, urinalysis, and KUB ultrasound). I was able to finished the first two on that day. So the last one on the following day.

Friday, I was scheduled for KUB Ultrasound at 1:30 pm but since there were a lot of patients waiting I was set at around 3:00 pm. It was a torture and my gull bladder was really full. Any little movement will sure make me pee in my pants. I still manage to hold on until they finished the examined and when it was finally finished I immediately run to the CR to relieve. Haaaayyyyyyyyy!!!!!! I waited for 30 minutes to get the results. When I got the result it was positive with few scattered stones ranging from 2-4 mm. I called my doctor and told him the result. Immediately he scheduled for the treatment. The only earliest available time was Saturday 2:30 pm so I said okay doc let's do it.

So there I was with my wife waiting to be called for the treatment. No food intake since 5:00 am, a little bit nervous, and wondering about the treatment. They interviewed me as part of the procedure and then later on instructed me to wear the patient's dress. Nice it's my favorite color blue.... hehehe. Laid on the stretcher and inserted a needle on my hand for the dextrose. Minutes later I was brought to the room. They set me up and dozed me then I fall asleep. I don't know what happen next. The only thing that I get to remember was when they removed the patches on my chest. I don't know how long I slept but the nurse woke me up (maybe because I was the only patient who slept that long). Later on when I was okay they led me to my wife and we went home. All instructions were given to my wife.

The procedure was called ESWL or Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy where it uses shock waves to break a kidney stone into small pieces that can more easily travel through the urinary tract and pass from the body. To have a better idea on how it works see this.

Advise to all if you don't want to get stones in your kidney lessen your salty food intake and drink a lot of water. One more thing try to pee often. I'm practicing it right now.

"Night Time"

It's already past 10 pm. I'm tired and sleepy already. Nobody knows what will be tomorrow. So till next writing. Good night!

"Watch Out"

I get over with boredom now and IDEAS are now flowing like river in my mind. "YASHIRO" blog is turning one (1) year this coming MAY 28, though I haven't had much earning for this blog I was hoping to at least share something for those who follows my blog. So readers anytime from now I will be posting something about a contest or raffle... so watch out for it.

"Monday Boredom and dneero-Your Health ..."

Office hours just finished and I'm still in the office. Don't want to go to the staff house... yet! That's because I don't have anything to do. So ... I'd rather stay for a while in the office and do some extra things. So right now I'm writing down on my blog just to ease the boredom that I'm feeling.

It was good that provided a convo (stands for conversation) today. The convo is about "HEALTH". Take note it is all about "HEALTH". It nice because earlier this day we had an orientation with the HMO which coincide with I think the orientation was supposed to start at 9 am but it started almost 9:30. Anyway we had a boredom breaker because the facilitator is not boring.

Aside from the convo in their site they also had convo at If you have at least try to join and respond to their twitter questions to earn a few cents a day.

Ayway it's up to you if you want to join or not.

So much for, at least my boredom subsided a bit.

Does anybody got any other extra income earning ideas. If you do have one I was hoping if you could share it or enlighten me. My wife and I are looking for other extra earnings. Suggestions, comments are all welcome.

So so much for boredom.......

"Reviewing Websites: WTF are we going to do now"

Angie and I are new parents and we’re still in the process of learning and knowing things about parenting. Most of the things that we are practicing right are thought by our parents, of course who else would be our model. Basically not all experiences are the same and what they have learned during their time might be different from what is now.

In order to understand matters about parenting we try to look for references, books, and websites that can help us. To give us more knowledge and things that we need to do incase an event occur or symptoms were found.

Lucky for us, I found this one site that could help us in our process of learning… the “WTF are we going to do now? Parenting Course”. This site has an area were Moms and Dads send their experiences, dos and don’ts and they even share tips for your daily chores for the kid. It’s just more like a Parenting Magazine where you can compare yourself to Moms and Dads who shares their thoughts and everything that they think can help other parents like them.

So if you want to know something about parenting check out this online Parenting Magazine. Plus you can check sites to like

"Monday Rush: Non-Stop Crying of Maki"

Another Monday morning, actually it's Monday dawn. It's about 1 am in the morning Maki started crying and we don't know the reason. My wife Angie tried everything but still Maki is restless. I tried to get Maki but he refuses to get off from Angie. They settled for a hour but later on Maki started crying again it was quarter to 3. We thought that Maki might just having problem with his tummy. He hasn't gone popo for three days. So we decided to buy suppository just for him to have his popo.

My father went out at past 3 am dawn just to buy suppository. Still crying and crying later on he slept, maybe he got tired of crying, so we just leave him and wait till he woke up again. It was 4 am (I think, I lost track of time) when he woke up so we decided to put the suppository and waited for him to release his popo. 5 am we woke up again and he was making the releaseo. We cleaned him and that was the time that he was relieved.

Me, still dizzy and lack of sleep took a bath and prepared to go to work. I still manage to get on time on our meeting area. When the service arrive, hopped in, laid my back, angled my position and then slept. Moments later where in the vicinity of the office.

What a day!

Recognizing GOD's Call
by Rev. Dr. Oliver Mangubat

NET Bible® - 1 Samuel 3

The Call of Samuel

3:1 Now the boy Samuel continued serving the Lord under Eli’s supervision. Word from the Lord was rare in those days; revelatory visions were infrequent.

3:2 Eli’s eyes had begun to fail, so that he was unable to see well. At that time he was lying down in his place, 3:3 and the lamp of God had not yet been extinguished. Samuel was lying down in the temple of the Lord as well; the ark of God was also there. 3:4 The Lord called to Samuel, and he replied, “Here I am!” 3:5 Then he ran to Eli and said, “Here I am, for you called me.” But Eli said, “I didn’t call you. Go back and lie down.” So he went back and lay down. 3:6 The Lord again called, “Samuel!” So Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, “Here I am, for you called me.” But Eli said, “I didn’t call you, my son. Go back and lie down.”

3:7 Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord; the word of the Lord had not yet been revealed to him. 3:8 Then the Lord called Samuel a third time. So he got up and went to Eli and said, “Here I am, for you called me!” Eli then realized that it was the Lord who was calling the boy. 3:9 So Eli said to Samuel, “Go back and lie down. When he calls you, say, “Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.” So Samuel went back and lay down in his place.

3:10 Then the Lord came and stood nearby, calling as he had previously done, “Samuel! Samuel!” Samuel replied, “Speak, for your servant is listening!” 3:11 The Lord said to Samuel, “Look! I am about to do something in Israel; when anyone hears about it, both of his ears will tingle. 3:12 On that day I will carry out against Eli everything that I spoke about his house – from start to finish! 3:13 You should tell him that I am about to judge his house forever because of the sin that he knew about. For his sons were cursing God, and he did not rebuke them. 3:14 Therefore I swore an oath to the house of Eli, ‘The sin of the house of Eli can never be forgiven by sacrifice or by grain offering.’”

3:15 So Samuel lay down until morning. Then he opened the doors of the Lord’s house. But Samuel was afraid to tell Eli about the vision. 3:16 However, Eli called Samuel and said, “Samuel, my son!” He replied, “Here I am.” 3:17 Eli said, “What message did he speak to you? Don’t conceal it from me. God will judge you severely if you conceal from me anything that he said to you!”

"Francis M. 'The King of Filipino Rap' Farewell"

Just this after March 6, 2009 news spread through text messaging that Francis M is dead. The king of Filipino rap is already dead. It was a shock for everyone!

Who is Francis M? Francis M is a son of Pancho Magalona and Tita Duran, both actor and actress during the 1940s. Francis M. is an actor, song writer, singer, and an artist. He was coined as the "The mouth" and later on the "The King of Filipino rap". He first introduced rap to Filipino people during the 1990s and later on many rap artist followed and through decade still Francis M's song/rap always hit the spot. He was established as one of the main pillar of the music industry.

francis m

It is a great loss for the music and movie industry. But still his music will continue to linger in our ears.

As a fan of Francis M I remember him as a patriot and a true blooded Filipino. Why? Because during the time of new wave and foreign hits he injected his vision of nationality through his song and his hit single on his album 'YO!' was the "Mga Kababayan Ko" or translated as "My Fellow Countrymen". That's how I would remember him.

Francis M ..... PEACE MEN!

"Story about Maki"

Right now I don't have much picture of Maki that is because I always forgot the camera. Anyway Maki right now is 1 year 4 months and 6 days old. Our little Maki is now walking all by himself, of course we still watch out for him. His very active and the energy level is so high. Most of his developments were late, I don't know why? But one thing is for sure his growing and learning a lot. Recently we've discovered that he actually tries to sing by humming some words (I think). Anyway I would not be shocked if one day he would sing very clearly. So that's it for now, till next time.

"Brain Damaging Habits"

Here is something to help you. A bit of advise with regards to your daily routines and things that you should stop and avoid doing. Prevention is better than cure so at least try to remove or minimized one habit at a time. I hope that this little article I got from my email could help you in your quest of having a healthy lifestyle. I forgot to whom I got this message anyway kudos to you and thanks for sending me this.

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the lar! gest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
